Elisabeth P. Poole holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Non-Profit Management. She founded The HollyBlue Foundation in 2018 after her own experience as a single parent, working through financial instability and gaps in access to essential services. That experience shaped the foundation's mission: closing financial gaps and removing barriers for single-parent and underserved families across Broward and Miami-Dade County.
Under her leadership, HollyBlue runs nutrition programs, financial workshops, and community outreach, and awards the Carolyn Anne Edwards Poole Memorial STEM Scholarship to students in need. The foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
Elisabeth leads a team focused on one goal: turning personal hardship into practical support for families who need it.
