District Governor Elect, Joe Schumacker is a member of the Rotary Club of Davie/Cooper City. The Schumacker family, Joe, JaNelda, Scott, and AJ have lived in Davie for over 20 years. The family business, SpareZ Bowling Center is also located in Davie.
Joe joined Rotary in 2008 after completing a two-year term as President of the National Bowling Proprietor’s Association of America. The 4,200, member association provides vital support to bowling businesses nation-wide. Joe also held numerous other key leadership positions in the bowling industry over the course of his 40+ year career in the bowling business.
Joe’s Rotary experience includes two-terms as Club President, District Youth Services Chair for two DGs, and a member of the District Governor Line since January 2019.
Joe’s Governor’s Plan, “Rotary Alive” establishes the platform on which Rotary success in the future can be built.
