Stella Vidal, LMHC, NCC is an award-winning Latina entrepreneur, licensed mental health counselor, nationally certified wellness coach, Reiki Master, and sought-after mentor who has been transforming lives in South Florida’s mental health community for over two decades. A proud Colombian immigrant who arrived in the U.S. as a teenager, Stella has been in the mental health field since the age of 19 and has built a powerful legacy of resilience, service, and leadership.

She is the founder of "Self Love Harbor", a premier mental health and wellness practice based in Aventura, Florida. Under her leadership, Self Love Harbor has been voted "Best Therapy Services in the State of Florida" in the "Best of Florida" competition in both 2023 and 2024, and was nominated in 2026, a distinction earned through public voting and community trust.

Stella is known for her holistic, integrative approach to mental wellness. As a Reiki Master, she incorporates energy healing into some of her work. Stella also offers "Corporate sessions" in diverse venues and with diverse groups, helping high-performing professionals manage stress, prevent burnout, and cultivate emotional balance. Her work bridges clinical expertise with mind–body–spirit practices, creating a unique and deeply impactful experience for her clients. Stella's latest accomplishment is the launch of The Divine Embodiment Society, a mentorship program for women who have done the work but would like to reach higher levels of self-actualization.
