About District Chief, Bradley “Brad” Masters:

• Chief Masters has been with the agency since April of 2019 (Assistant District Chief – Weston (District 67).
• He was promoted to District Chief and assigned to the Hallandale Beach District 7 position at the merge of Hallandale Beach Fire Rescue and BSODFR (January 2020).
• Chief Masters had 22 years of experience with the City of Pembroke Pines Fire Department. He rose in rank from Firefighter/Paramedic to Paramedic Preceptor (a position now referred to as Lieutenant), Driver/Engineer, and Captain.
• Chief Masters also has been working as a Fire Instructor at the Broward Fire Academy since 2004.
• Chief Masters has achieved an Associates of Science Degree in Emergency Medical Services and a Bachelor’s Degree in Fire Administration.
