I'm a passionate fitness, music, and media professional with an always-keep-learning philosophy. My mission is to create relationships between people and wellness experts, so that every person knows someone who supports their well-being.

Throughout my personal training career, I embraced a unique approach to health and fitness, combining my experience as a pioneer in live online personal training programs in combination with my love of music to create a fun, effective, and more accessible workout experience. That success led to a desire to serve on a broader scale, by creating awareness of others with unique abilities to serve others.

As a wellness media producer, I bring together experts from all corners of the globe to share their skills and knowledge with the world. Through my work producing podcasts, photos, videos, and other media, I'm able to amplify these voices and serve to spread their message far and wide. I'm committed to creating content that inspires, educates, and empowers.
