SAT., SEP 20TH @ 9:00 AM-NOON - SOUTH CITY BEACH PARK INTERNATIONAL COASTAL CLEAN UP

Mark your calendar! The International Coastal Clean Up is happening on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at South City Beach Park, located at 1870 S Ocean Dr, Hallandale Beach

The City of Hallandale Beach joins Broward County to participate in the annual International Coastal Clean Up, sponsored by the Ocean Conservancy. The cleanup takes place in over 122 countries with over one million volunteers participating worldwide.

Join us on the 3rd Saturday of September at South City Beach Park from 9am - 12pm. Parking is free for volunteers during the cleanup.

Please register and dress appropriately for the weather, either rain or shine. Please bring a hat, gloves, sunscreen, and water. If you have a 5-gallon bucket at home you can bring to use, that will keep one more plastic bag out of a trash disposal site!

We’ll be handing out water to keep everyone refreshed, and we need volunteers to help make it happen!
