SAT., JULY 19^TH @ 8AM - HBA & WESTON ROTARY CLUBS DANIA BEACH CLEANUP

On the beautiful morning of Saturday, July 19, 2025, the Hallandale Beach-Aventura Rotary Club participated in the Dania Beach Cleanup together with the Weston Rotary Club. Rotarians Marguerite Goulet, Avra Glicksman, Evelyn Trinidad-Toraño, and Club President Marushka Jilek were eager to work starting at 8 am. We were fortunate that there was a pleasant breeze because the sun was powerful.

Together with other Rotarians and volunteers, we found numerous plastic bottles, cigarette butts, plastic caps, wine bottles, plastic bags, and countless small pieces of plastic scattered everywhere.

The Dania Beach Cleanup is organized by our brothers and sisters of the Weston Rotary Club. They do it once a month, such a noble cause, cleaning our beaches. Let's remember we only have one Earth. It needs tender loving care. Rotarians in Action to make the world a better place.
