Gulfstream Early Learning Center has invited our Club Members to a light breakfast and volunteering. We will start off with coffee and a light breakfast at 8:30 AM and be ready for active planting and activities with children from 9-11. Please come and Volunteer."WE LOVE THE ROTARY CLUB! WED., FEBRUARY 26TH @ 12:30 PM - "ROTARY CLUB HALLANDALE BEACH-AVENTURA" INDUCTION CEREMONY FOR MS. TOMOKO SUPAK

On our February 26, 2025 meeting, we had the pleasure of inducting the newest member of our Club.

Renowned and talented artist Ms. Tomoko Supak. Tomoko's artworks are well known and coveted everywhere.

After the ceremony, Tomoko surprised all of us by singing!

She sang for our members the beautiful song Sakura Sakura. A traditional Japanese folk song depicting spring, the season of cherry blossoms. It was adorable and very touching.

Welcome! Tomoko.

On this meeting, we held an impromptu auction of a bottle of Rum Cream donated by Joy and Peter Vanek. And the winner was ... Hyon! Congratulations!!!

Lastly, is that time of the year when the next incoming President of the different Rotary Clubs go to PETS. PETS stands for Presidents-Elect Training Seminar. It's a Rotary International program that helps incoming club presidents develop the skills and knowledge to lead their clubs.

Our own President-Elect Marushka Jilek graduated from PETS this weekend. 🎓🎓🎓

We look forward to hearing all about it.
