|SAT., SEPTEMBER 9TH - ROTARY LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE IS IN-PERSON
KEISER UNIVERSITY MIAMI
As Rotarians, you are all leaders, some in your community, some in your profession, and some in life in general.
At RLI, our purpose is to give you the necessary tools and skills to be better Rotarians. As in every endeavor, the more you know about anything, the more interesting it becomes. Rotary is most assuredly one of those areas that the more you put into it, the more you get out of it. RLI can make that possible for you. Graduates of RLI are more likely to remain in, and be a bigger part of Rotary, than any other demographic.
A Note for In-Person Attendees: You should arrive around 8:30 AM for registration sign-in, material pick-up, and breakfast gathering. Classes begin promptly at 9:00 AM and will be completed by 4:30 PM.
Parts 1, 2 and 3 will be offered. Also, the graduate class for membership breakfast, lunch, and all materials for $100.
*Special Note for Online Attendees: You must complete all sessions in a 'Part 'to register for the next level in person! Check your profile!
|SUNDAY, SEPT. 10TH - "REPAIR THE SEA CLEANUP"
NEW PROGRAM: REPAIR THE SEA (Tikkun HaYam in Hebrew)
This year the International Coastal Cleanup falls on Shabbat during the Rosh Hashanah holiday. Therefore, Jewish members of our District will not be able to participate on that date. To address this concern, and those of others who cannot make the September 16th date, we will provide an additional new program called, Repair the Sea (Tikkun HaYam in Hebrew), which will be held on September 10th. This event is open to all (Rotary Club members, family and friends, and the community at large). To find out more about this year's "Repair the Sea program" click here.
To register for this event please click on the red box (text link) below. We need to know how many people will attend. Additionally, when filling out the form, one of the mandatory questions is to identify your "Community." Please scroll down and choose "Pinecrest - Rotary Environmental Sustainability District (6990) Action Committee."
